Affiliate Program – A collaborative marketing scheme where partners promote JeetWin to attract new users.

Affiliate – An individual or organization registered on JeetWin’s affiliate portal who drives traffic and new player registrations.

Players – Individuals who register accounts and place bets on JeetWin via affiliate referral links.

Commission – The payment earned by affiliates, calculated from the net revenue generated by their referred players.

Net Revenue – Total amount wagered by players minus winnings, bonuses, and other deductions.

Payout – The process of transferring accrued commissions from the affiliate account to the affiliate’s selected payment method.

Payment Cycle – The scheduled timeframe after which commissions become eligible for withdrawal.

Marketing Materials – Approved advertising content such as banners, links, and tracking codes provided to affiliates for promotional use.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the JeetWin Affiliate Program, you agree to adhere to all the provisions set forth below.

JeetWin retains the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via their registered email address.

Participation is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older.

Affiliates must safeguard their login credentials; JeetWin is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised information.

JeetWin reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject affiliate applications or to suspend accounts without prior notice or explanation.

All modifications to these terms take effect immediately upon their posting on the official affiliate site.

Affiliate Responsibilities and Prohibited Actions

Affiliates are provided with authorized promotional tools to assist in marketing efforts. Affiliates are prohibited from presenting themselves as employees or official representatives of JeetWin.

The following activities are strictly banned:

• Distributing unsolicited spam emails or employing unauthorized pop-up/pop-under advertising techniques
• Purchasing search engine ads using JeetWin trademarks or related keywords
• Registering domains containing the term "JeetWin" or attempting to hijack branded traffic
• Using cookie stuffing, iframe embedding, or other deceptive tracking methods

Any breach of these rules will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Only one affiliate account per person or business entity is permitted. Self-referrals or fraudulent registrations are strictly disallowed.

JeetWin holds the right to end affiliate agreements at any time, without notice or explanation.

Commission Details

Affiliates start with a commission rate of 20% on net revenue generated from referred players. If no new First-Time Deposits (FTDs) occur within six months, the rate drops to 15%, and if inactivity continues for 12 months, it decreases further to 5%.

Players flagged for fraudulent behavior or abuse will be excluded from commission calculations. Chargebacks or reversed transactions nullify any associated commission payments.

Policy on High-Value Players

Players whose net losses reach or exceed $10,000 within a calendar month are classified as High-Value Players.

• Negative balances are tracked individually and can only be offset by that particular player’s future wagering activity.
• Losses are non-transferable between different player accounts.

Commission Payment Terms

Payments are issued monthly by the 15th day for the commissions earned in the previous month, subject to a minimum withdrawal limit of $100.

If the minimum threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the subsequent payment period. Technical or operational delays may occur, with a maximum delay allowance of two months.

Dispute Resolution Process

Any disputes must be submitted to affiliate support via the official contact email. All claims will be reviewed and addressed within 14 calendar days. Use of offensive language or dishonest conduct may result in dismissal of claims and immediate termination of the affiliate account.
